Request Account and Data Deletion
CO-OP Link users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email address below.
Deleting an account may permanently remove access to CO-OP Link, including messages, class records, registration details, uploaded files, and other account-related data, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or compliance reasons.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
Email us at info@coop-link.com and include:
- Your full name.
- The email address or phone number used for your CO-OP Link account.
- Your school, co-op, or program name, if applicable.
- A short note confirming that you want your account and associated data deleted.
Verification and Timing
We may need to verify your identity or confirm account authority before deleting data. We will review deletion requests and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal obligations, billing records, dispute resolution, security logs, school/program administration, or other legitimate business purposes. Any retained data will be limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
