Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is issued by Jars Digital LLC for Coop Link. It explains when payments may be refunded and when they are final.
1. General Rule: No Refunds
- Subscription fees, setup fees, and one-time payments are non-refundable.
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, account inactivity, or change of mind.
- Downgrading, pausing, or cancelling after a charge posts does not create a right to a partial or full refund.
2. Cancellation and Future Billing
You may cancel at any time to stop future recurring charges. Cancellation does not reverse or refund charges already processed for the current billing cycle.
3. Limited Exceptions We May Consider
At our sole discretion, we may review refund requests for:
- Duplicate payments clearly caused by a system processing issue.
- Unauthorized charges verified through our fraud review process.
- Billing errors caused directly by Jars Digital LLC.
Any approved refund remains discretionary and does not set a precedent for future requests.
4. App Store and Third-Party Billing
If you purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe partner checkout, or another third-party platform, your refund rights are controlled by that provider's policies. Jars Digital LLC cannot override third-party billing systems.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback, contact us first. If a chargeback is filed for a valid charge, we may suspend or terminate related accounts and recover any fees, costs, and losses associated with the dispute as permitted by law.
6. Promotions and Credits
Promotional credits, discounts, trial extensions, and goodwill credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are never refundable.
7. How to Request Billing Review
To request a billing review, email info@coop-link.com within thirty (30) days of the charge date and include:
- Your account email and full name.
- The charged amount and charge date.
- A brief explanation and supporting evidence (receipts, screenshots, bank statement snippet).
8. Policy Updates
We may modify this Refund Policy at any time by posting an updated version. The policy in effect on the charge date applies unless law requires otherwise.
